Our Mission
Built for Renters.
Not Landlords.
We exist to give every UK tenant the knowledge, tools, and confidence to stand up for their legal rights — without expensive solicitors or confusing jargon.

"Every renter deserves to know the law that protects them."
— Why we built this
Our Story
The system was stacked against renters. We changed that.
For decades, UK renters faced an unequal power dynamic. Landlords had solicitors, letting agencies, and decades of experience. Tenants had a leaflet and a phone number that rang out.
When the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 passed — the biggest shake-up to tenancy law in a generation — we saw an opportunity. A chance to make sure every renter in the UK actually knew what these new rights meant for them, and how to use them.
We built this service to be the resource we wish existed when we were renters ourselves. Plain English. Practical tools. Real legal weight.
The Renters' Rights Act abolished Section 21 'no-fault' evictions, capped advance rent, and gave tenants the legal right to challenge above-market rent increases. Most renters still don't know this.
What We Stand For
Our Core Principles
Everything we build is guided by three simple beliefs about how renters should be treated.
⚖️
Accessible Justice
Legal knowledge shouldn’t cost hundreds of pounds. We translate complex housing law into clear, actionable guidance that anyone can use — regardless of background or income.
🛡️
Renter-First Always
We are 100% on the side of tenants. We have no relationships with letting agencies, landlord groups, or property investors. Our members are our only priority.
📋
Legally Accurate
Every guide, template, and checklist we produce is based on current UK legislation. We keep everything up to date as the law evolves — so you’re never working from outdated information.
Who We Are
The People Behind This
Renters Rights Act Services Team
Founded by Tenants, Built for Tenants
We are not housing lawyers or policy consultants. We are former tenants — just like you.
Between us, we have faced eviction threats, disputed unfair deposit deductions, fought illegal rent increases, and dealt with landlords who ignored repair requests for months. We know exactly how helpless and confusing it feels when you do not know your rights.
When the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 passed, we saw an opportunity. We pulled together everything we had learned the hard way — the documents, the deadlines, the letters that actually work — and built the service we wished had existed when we needed it most.
Every template, guide, and resource on this platform comes from real experience. Not textbooks. Not theory. Situations we have personally lived through.
