  • begins after successful payment
  • remains active while subscription payments continue
  • may change over time as services evolve

We reserve the right to:

  • update membership features
  • improve or remove resources
  • modify pricing with reasonable notice

 

Situation Review Services

Situation Reviews are informational guidance services based on the information submitted by the user.

Users understand that:

  • reviews are not formal legal advice
  • outcomes cannot be guaranteed
  • guidance depends on the accuracy of submitted information

Submission of a review does not create a solicitor-client relationship.


 

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and advisory nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once:

  • membership access has been activated
  • downloadable resources have been accessed
  • a Situation Review has begun
  • guidance has been delivered

However, refund requests may still be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where services have already been substantially delivered.


 

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their membership subscription at any time.

Cancellation will:

  • stop future recurring payments
  • not normally refund previous payments already processed
  • allow access until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated

Users are responsible for managing cancellation requests before renewal dates.


 

Service Availability

While we aim to maintain uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee:

  • continuous website availability
  • uninterrupted member access
  • permanent availability of any specific feature

Temporary downtime may occur for:

  • maintenance
  • updates
  • technical improvements
  • security reasons

 

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • misuse the platform
  • upload unlawful or abusive material
  • share copyrighted member resources
  • attempt unauthorized access to protected areas

We reserve the right to suspend accounts where misuse is identified.
